这里weigh是不及物动词，非谓语动词的用法，做后置定语。翻译：每人没见手提行李重量在五公斤以下。
How much后能加a或an吗？
howmuch后跟不可数名词，不可数名词没有复数，句子中谓语动词的单、复数形式由句子的主语决定。
howmuch的用法：
1、用来询问事物的数量，后接不可数名词。例如：How much milk is there in the glass玻璃杯里有多少牛奶？
2、用来询问事物的重量。例如：How much does the pig weigh？这头猪多重？
3、how much 意为“多少钱”时，可单独使用，也可构成词组how much money，但英语中常省略专money，用来询问某物的价钱、价格。例如：How much is the eraser 这块橡皮擦多少钱？
4、用来询问数字计算的结果，相当于what。例如：How much is three plus one 三加一等于多少？
如果问how much英文怎么回答？
how much 不可数名词意为“……多少钱？”
回答用Its 价格或者they are 价格。
例句：－How much is the eraser？ 这块橡皮擦多少钱？
It#39s ninety two fen.九角二分。
How much are these apples?这些苹果多少？
They are twenty yuan.二十元。
how much 的其它用法：
1、用来询问事物的数量，后接不可数名词。例如：

-Eighty kilos.八十公斤。
4、用来询问数字计算的结果，相当于what。例如：
